Shipping Policy


At Poozada, we aim to provide clear and transparent shipping information so you know exactly how your order is shipped and when you can expect to receive it.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.
Once processed, orders require an additional 24–48 hours to be prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are calculated after the order has been shipped, excluding processing time:

United States: 8-12 business days
Canada: 8–12 business days
United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
Australia: 7–10 business days


Shipping Fees
Standard shipping fee: $5.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress until delivery.


Important Notes
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Cozoda is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
We do not ship to multiple addresses within a single order.
Delivery to military or restricted areas may not be supported.
