Order Cancellation
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll process a full refund right away.
When We Accept Returns or Refunds
We can arrange a return or refund in the following situations:
- The product arrives damaged or faulty
- You received an item that differs from what was ordered
- The size delivered is incorrect
Return requests are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. To help us review your request quickly, please include your order number and clear photo evidence of the issue.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging materials
Please note that we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments. A refund cannot be issued unless the returned item is received at our facility.
Refund Process
Once your return is delivered and inspected, we’ll notify you by email:
- Confirming we’ve received your item
- Informing you whether the refund request has been approved
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

If your refund is taking longer than expected, please try the following:
- Review your bank statement or payment app
- Contact your credit card company, as posting delays may occur
- Check with your bank to confirm there are no pending holds

Exchanges
We provide exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need a replacement of the same item (shipping fee applies), please email us at support@poozada.com.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once we receive the returned item.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if it was initially sent to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
How to Return Your Item
Please pack your item securely and include the following:
- Your order confirmation or original receipt
- A short note indicating whether you are requesting a refund or exchange
Important Notes:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For returns valued over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking
