Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days once your payment has been successfully verified.
- After processing, please allow an additional 24–48 hours for your order to be prepared and transferred to the assigned shipping carrier.
- Processing may take longer during high-volume periods such as holidays or major sale events.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery estimates below apply once the package has been shipped and do not include processing time:
- United States: 8–12 business days
- Canada: 8–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
- Australia: 7–10 business days
Shipping Fees
- Standard shipping rate: $5.99 (converted to your local currency where applicable).
- Final shipping costs will be calculated and shown during checkout before payment is submitted.
Order Tracking
- Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment’s journey until it reaches your address.
Important Notes
- Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Poozada cannot be held responsible for delivery problems due to incorrect address information.
- Each order can be shipped to one destination only; multiple addresses require separate orders.
- We may not be able to deliver to certain military bases or restricted locations.
